John joined Peters & Associates in 1985, became its President in 1991 and bought the firm in 1993. Previously he spent five years with Bruns Nordeman & Rea where he earned his CFP designation, Series 7 & 63 and life and health insurance licenses and managed small company pension plans. During that time he also owned a seat on the New York Futures Exchange and traded for his own account. Prior to that he owned and managed a real estate investment and construction company in New York City. His college work at CUNY was in the area of Math, Physics and Astronomy.
Eric R. Morrow
Eric brings significant capabilities and insights to Peters & Associates from his previous experiences at consulting firm McKinsey & Co, venture capital firm PCM Venture Capital and Applewood Development, a real estate development company. He has been a part of the consulting and recruitment efforts at Peters & Associates since 1992. Engagements have included RE securities portfolio management and trading, debt group formations, institutional investment management formation and expansions, restructuring and workout strategies and joint venture mergers and formation. His undergraduate studies at MIT were in Math and Economics, his MBA (with distinction) from Harvard, and his other post graduate studies were completed at MIT in manufactured housing.

Bernadette joined Peters & Associates in 1998, bringing significant research and marketing experience from her years as co-owner of a NYC based advertising agency where she developed corporate identities, researched new markets and branded new products as well as being an integral part of numerous fund raising efforts for non-profits. At Peters & Associates, Bernadette directs and coordinates research initiatives, candidate development, oversees all IT management and details for the successful conclusion of every assignment.
